Stone Engineering, based in Livingston, is a division of the
Land Engineering Group which has an overall turnover in excess of
£45m and 400 staff. Whilst operating independently with its own
management structure, support staff and operatives, Stone
Engineering can provide additional services and support through the
Land Engineering Group. The ethos of customer satisfaction,

Stone restoration
Success in a restoration project requires great care and
attention to detail to ensure that a building is preserved for
future generations.
With in-depth understanding of heritage projects, our team is
capable of dealing comprehensively with the specific needs of
repairing and restoring historic buildings. We also undertake
building inspections, advise on appropriate repair solutions and
can assist with your specification and
budget. Recent projects include
Portencross Castle, The National Museum of Scotland and the
National Portrait Gallery.
Stone cladding
Offering our services to retail, commercial and local authority
clients, we can design, procure and construct masonry projects of
all sizes and values.
Our managers are experienced in delivering some of the most
prestigious contracts in Scotland, including rainscreen cladding at
the Scottish Parliament, natural stone cladding and internal
flooring at Silverburn Retail Park in Glasgow, and external
stonework at the Cube office building in Leith Street
Edinburgh.
