Bringing brownfield and contaminated sites back into economic use is a priority for both government and society, to relieve pressure on the countryside.
Land needs to be reclaimed through environmentally and socially sensitive methods. This is a particular challenge in urban regeneration strategies throughout Scotland.
Our experience facilitates many solutions through a partnership approach involving encapsulation, bioremediation, stabilisation, solidification and management of invasive species – with the goal of rendering sites suitable for future redevelopment or for changing use.
This capability is complemented by our range of construction activities including civil engineering, landscaping and environmental works. We also have a strong ability to maintain these areas on completion, applying our comprehensive experience of grounds maintenance and estate management.
