The health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients and the people living in the communities in which we work are paramount to us at Land Engineering.
Our staff deserve a safe working environment, and we strive to minimise the risks that they and any of our subcontractors are exposed to during their working day. Safety management is integral to all our working practices.
All Land Engineering employees commit to work in a professional manner at all times, while respecting the residents located close to our sites. As reflected in our QSE Policy statement, we believe that our people are our most vital asset. To this end, we want to look after them and develop them into real professionals. Staff engagement is critical in ensuring that our processes and procedures are being implemented at the front line of our business. So we encourage all employees to get involved and be part of the team.
One of our key achievements was to gain certification to the OHSAS 18001:2007 Health and Safety Management System Standard. Our procedures are designed to make sure that we maintain this certification.
