Protecting Planet Earth
One of the most important requirements in the world today is the need to protect the environment in which we work and live. Indeed, the way we work can have either a very adverse or a very good effect on the environment.
At Land Engineering, we have acknowledged our responsibilities to try to protect the environment as much as we can. This is why we have achieved certification to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, which ensures that we take into account all our work activities and then measure what impact these activities can have on the environment.
In combination with this, we carry out Environmental Impact Assessments on all our projects before work commences. This is to ensure that the systems we have in place are adequate to control all environmental risks. We have also started to measure our carbon footprint and implement improvements that will benefit employees, clients, the general public and, of course, the environment.
