The Army Training Estate project awarded to Land Engineering requires the delivery of pre-planned grounds maintenance services to military training establishments and firing ranges throughout Scotland.
Activities

Our service delivery ensures the functionality of each facility and embraces sites of significant scientific interest, demonstrating our high sensitivity to environmental issues.

We are also responsible for implementing the Defence Estates Forestry Management Plan, which entails the harvesting and replanting of some 35 hectares of commercial woodland annually.
Outcome
Our proactive management structure is ensuring the continuing development of long-term maintenance strategies and environmental management plans for the Estate. This encourages best value and practice in all activities.
