Richard has overall responsibility for the commercial and operational activities of the grounds maintenance division which has a turnover of £12M in Scotland.
As a professional horticulturalist with an extensive career in grounds maintenance delivery, Richard is able to advise clients in sustainable plant selection and appropriate maintenance regimes to suit their needs.
Richard together with his management team are responsible for programming work for a wide variety of clients and managing the regional teams which total 240 fully trained operatives. He is also the key driver of the division’s future business strategy.
