Our Human Resources Manager, Lynn Maclachlan, joined Land Engineering in January 2006 having previously worked in the electronics, aerospace and finance sectors. Lynn has overall responsibility for the Human Resources and Training departments in the company and also works closely with our QSE department with regards to Occupational Health issues.
Good communication in any company is vital and in Land Engineering, where employees are located around Scotland, it is extremely challenging. However, Lynn has initiated the Employee Communication meeting, where a cross section of employees from the company attends for a business update. In addition, she produces the company’s staff newsletter to keep employees fully informed of changes in the business and to provide training and social updates.
