Working for over 30 years in civil engineering, Joe has accumulated wide knowledge of consultancy and construction, both as work and management contractor. His experience with us has encompassed the efficient and effective management of large-scale public realm streetscape works, multi-disciplined contracts, infrastructure development and improvement projects and structures to clients’ satisfaction. Joe’s recent experience has involved the successful management of partnership contracts with public sector clients.
