Iain is responsible for establishing cost plans to agreed limits, and for carrying out cost control procedures throughout the projects he oversees. Acting as Commercial Manager, he oversees a surveying team in charge of a variety of civil engineering projects, a notable example being the Term Services Contract on behalf of Ineos at BP Grangemouth.
