After more than 20 years in civil engineering and construction, Frank has amassed extensive knowledge and experience across a broad range of disciplines. He specialises in managing environmental improvement works, taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery.
Frank is accountable for construction operations, plant, labour, material and sub-contract resources and for cost control – to ensure completion on time and to client-specified quality standards. His management talents and ability to work in partnership have been proven by the successful delivery of multi-disciplined projects requiring significant managerial skills.
