Established for over 25 years, Land Engineering’s Head Office is located at Fenwick, 15 minutes south of Glasgow immediately adjacent to the M77. With over 400 directly engaged operatives supported by 40 professional staff, Land Engineering’s turnover will exceed £30 million in financial year 2005/2006.
Recent expansion has lead to the opening of satellite offices at Hamilton and in Edinburgh. Our Hamilton office serves as the base for civil engineering operations in the Glasgow and Lanarkshire areas. A circa £16m road maintenance contract is delivered from our Edinburgh Office on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council. Grounds maintenance and soft landscaping operations are conducted from our headquarters at Fenwick.
At the forefront of civil engineering in Scotland, Land Engineering are also the country’s single largest soft landscaping grounds maintenance contractor.

The public sector constitutes the majority of Land Engineering’s current client base with over 70% of annual turnover attributable to services delivered in partnership with local authorities, enterprise networks, local housing associations and port authorities.
Major civil engineering capital works and infrastructure improvement programmes are delivered in collaboration with our public sector partners. Planned and reactive ground maintenance contracts are undertaken on a national basis to exacting specifications. Sustainability achieved through the development of long-term relationships has been central to Land Engineering’s business development strategy and resultant success.
